What is a dream ride, you ask??

This is an opportunity for you to dress as your favorite superhero, princess, or character and ride through Palencia in support of the dreams of local children battling life-threatening illnesses.

Don’t just stop at dawning your favorite costume, but decorating your bike is highly encouraged.

The event is being hosted by Nease High School International Baccalaureate students, Peter Luers, Crystal Shao and Grace George. All proceeds will benefit Dreams Come True, the First Coast's locally based dreaming granting organization for children battling life-threatening illnesses.

Dreams Come True is an organization unlike any other of its kind. Dreams Come True has granted more than 4,000 dreams for children battling life-threatening illnesses in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. Dreams Come True is honored to celebrate more than 35 years as your LOCAL dream-granting organization.

In addition to its' mission to bring hope and joy to local children through the power of a dream, Dreams Come True also creates special moments know as "Special Times." These experiences provide children and their families a time to momentarily forget the realities of life. It also reminds the children and their families that they are special and loved. Special Times is a constant reminder both before and after a dream is fulfilled.
